Canadian banks cut some mortgage rates

Multiple banks decreased their prime rate on Monday taking some of the steam out of recent rate hikes.

RBC bank decreased prime rates by 0.1 and 0.15 percentage points. National bank and Scotiabank also dropped their rates by 0.15 percentage points to 6.1 percent.
